Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cleverfolio product hub at cleverfolio.me and, unless a product publishes its own terms, Cleverfolio suite products linked from this hub. By using the hub or a Cleverfolio product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Individual products may publish additional or product-specific terms on their own domains (for example Splitiva, Sendello, Folio, or SoftCraft Kids). For that product, the product terms apply in addition to these Terms; if there is a direct conflict for that product, the product terms control for that product.
The services
Cleverfolio is a suite of focused products (including Folio, Pdfello, Splitiva, Sendello, and SoftCraft Kids) plus this public catalog, docs, and blog. Each product has its own URL and feature set. SoftCraft Kids is offered under SoftCraft World branding at softcraftworld.com. SoftCraft Kids accounts and SoftCraft Pro purchases are for parents or guardians.
Accounts & eligibility
Some products require an account (for example Folio registration, Splitiva or SoftCraft sign-in via Google/Apple, or invite-only Sendello access). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must only use products and connected accounts (including WhatsApp numbers and contact lists on Sendello) that you are authorized to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the services or other users’ accounts
- Use any product to spam, phish, harass, or break applicable law
- Violate WhatsApp, Meta, Apple, Google, or other platform terms when using products that connect to them
- Reverse engineer products except where local law expressly allows
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that harms others or the service
We may suspend or terminate access that harms the service, other users, children, or shared infrastructure.
Subscriptions & payments
Some products offer free tiers and optional paid plans — for example Splitiva Pro (App Store / Google Play), SoftCraft Pro (App Store / Google Play via SoftCraft World), or Sendello usage billed on successful delivery under invite-only operator pricing.
Where purchases are made through Apple or Google, payment is charged to your store account; renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow that store’s rules and the product’s checkout terms. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers for those store purchases. SoftCraft Pro and similar subscriptions typically renew unless you cancel in App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as stated in the product terms). Deleting a product account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Intellectual property
The hub, product names, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Cleverfolio, SoftCraft World (for SoftCraft Kids), or their licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the services as provided. You retain rights to content you create or upload, and you grant us the license needed to host and display that content to operate the product (for example a public Folio profile).
Third-party services
Products may rely on third parties (sign-in providers, app stores, analytics after consent, messaging networks, hosting). Cleverfolio and SoftCraft World are not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. Those third parties’ terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
Disclaimer
Services are provided as available and as is. Learning outcomes, OCR accuracy, message delivery, financial insights, and similar results vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleverfolio and SoftCraft World disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for validating important outputs (including financial records).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleverfolio and SoftCraft World are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to a product is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) zero if you only used a free or guest experience — except where a product’s own terms set a different cap.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on this hub and summarizes product practices. Product-specific privacy notices apply where linked from that policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material product-specific changes may also appear on that product’s own terms page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the hub, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise, or where a product’s own terms specify a different forum for that product.
